Let's compare the frequency of these four major Y lineages in Russia (two Slavic and two Baltic lineages):

N-L1025 and R-Z92 (Baltic) = 24%

R-M458 and R-CTS1211 (Slavic) = 30%

So clearly modern Russians have a lot of slavicized Balts among their ancestors:
