Default In your country, are there any cities/regions where (some) non-whites are just as wealthy as Whites?

On average, that is. For instance, I grew up in Leicester, where the Indian middle-class is nowadays almost if not as numerous as the White middle-class. (This is different from Birmingham, Bradford, Manchester and even parts of London, where South Asians are overwhelmingly working-class). Furthermore, I have a cousin who lives in Miami, and it seems there that the Cubans and South Americans (some of them White, some not) are just as wealthy on average as are the non-Hispanic Whites.

What's the difference between working-class and middle-class in the UK? American equivalent is low middle-class and middle-class?

At least three possible definitions depending on the context: (1) Those who work vs those who don't (or only very precariously and irregularly). (2) Those with university degrees vs those without. (3) The one that is most used of all: professional, managerial and technical occupations vs manual and menial occupations.

Sure, dealing drugs can net you a pretty penny. Gypsies (those very, very few who have a job here) also dont have to pay taxes.

As for honest work, I'm pretty sure there are quite a few East Asians here, who make a decent wage.

Situation two and three are intertwined with each other. More often than not, people in managerial and technical occupations have university degrees and who are also often upper-middle class compared to the rest of the population, with the exeption of the wealthy class who often own businesses but have similar rates of university degrees. Only 16% of the population in my country have a university degree, while 25% a higher college-like degree and the rest some sort of low college-like degree.
