They cannot change their skin colour but they can learn english and change their style*, and vibes they give how they act. Then they would be less foreign. My mum is brown and doesnt speak german at native level, so i guess she is like the people you dislike. I told her to learn german better but she says she is too old to go to a german course.

*With style i mean how they are dressed and act, for example many muslims are white as europeans but if they wear covering they are more foreign then if they dont etc.
