You confuse me with many banned Albanian creatures. Most of them are probably in jail right now. Most prominent members of so called Serbian mafia were mostly Montenegrins or with origin from Montenegro. Montenegro was tribal society for centuries. In Ottoman period the strongest branch of economy was robbery of sheep. Montenegrin tribes stole sheep from the "Turks" (who were mostly native Muslims - ancestors of Bosniaks, Sandžakians and Albanians), but also often stole from each other. Because of tribal mentality and that history Montenegrins are talented for mafia. Same goes for other tribal or tribal shifted people of Europe: Albanians, Corsicans, Sicilians, southern Italians.
