Would I be considered a commoner in England?

I do come from some of the finest of families- Aside from King Edward III, mostly Lords and Ladies fair who fled England do to financial ruin. They regained fortune in America, including owning land grants and property and a large amount of servants. I was just wondering if my lineage could speak for itself. I certainly am not low class. As Americans we aren't quite as stuck on that , though. I am polite and well groomed.

My grandfather? My father is German. My Surname is German, but my middle name is Skelton- which I use for my stage name and it's my grandmother's maiden name.

Oh, I thought your last name was skelton, but it makes sense. In the same way that Katy Perry uses her mother's last name. Artists often do those things.

Pretty much every Euro has some nobility in their family tree. In a society with limited positions of power many from the lower nobility fall through the cracks, so to speak, and many from the lower nobility had ancestors who were once in the higher nobility.

Im not sure about that but every european has a common ancestor at some point in recent history. Not talking about prehistoric history

My direct lineage was in the government cabinet and was a god parent of mayor ramon del orbe child. Other lineages in my maternal side were officers and military personel. Some were Teniente agueras or related to them. One of fought off the dutch invasion. Lost an arm doing so or at least I think thats how story went.

This is true but very few people can show it on a lineage chart.
