1.For me it is actually the other way around, I prefer SLIGHTLY dark skin over light skin, and I mean not only a light tann but really dark skin like some ultra dark blacks.

2.Relative, but I was always considered dark skinned non-caucasian, so probably my skin starts being dark.

Personally I'd argue the opposite (for men at least) - West Africans are often very athletic and attractive, whereas East Africans (or at least Horners at any rate) can often look really deracinated.

Im not into men, but I see your point. East Africans are scrawny, thats not good for men, but for me their women are hotter then westafrican women. Nilotid women are also hot. I dont know what part of africa that really is, but they have straight features and very dark skin.

Why?

Why do I think dark skin is ugly? several reasons. I associate dark skin with dirt. And with inferior people.
The fact that I dont like something does not necessarily have to have a reason, I can not fight against feelings.

Skin colour is not a measure for attractiveness. There are many features which makes someone attractive or unappealing, my answer is no, it isn’t ugly.
