Rank people's IQ by ethnicity/physical appearance

Hi. I'm doing an experiment in order to discover whether ethnicity and physical appearance influence perception of one's IQ, and in which sense.
I know the IQs of these persons (they're all Italian, but have got different ancestries as far as I know), so it would be interesting to see what you think. How would you rank them?

Some people may have a bias regarding the assessment of a person by their ethnicity, nationality, physical features, color, etc. but in my case I am unable to make a ranking assessing the intelligence of these individuals, any of them may or may not be intelligent.

Even knowing that one of them is employed at the ASI (He doesn't have to be particularly smart for working there).

So I will not participate in this, sorry.

IQ is pseudo-science it used by capitalism to locate problematic individuals rather than measure intelligence :

...the intelligence test can be seen as a moral technology used specifically for the social judgement of school children by psychologists under the guise of “science” (see also Roberts 2015: 12–13). The inventor of the test, Alfred Binet, had developed it to identify the “feeble-minded” to be sent to special schools. Significant for contextualising later mass testings and screenings of school children for intelligence, abnormalities, and mental disorders, Rose (1999: 142, emphasis added) notes, “Binet’s test used criteria that were directly educational and behavioural. They were direct assessments of the degree of adaptation of individual children to the expectation that others had of them.” The key to the success of Binet’s test was not the ability to accurately measure “intelligence”—which he felt was impossible to predict through such time-restricted tests—but its administrative usefulness in identifying problematic individuals.--Professor Bruce M.Z. Indeed, mine is a psychological experiment: I'd like to see how ideology influences perception of intelligence, and whether perception has got any correlation at all with actual intelligence.

Regarding IQ, I agree it's not useful to measure intelligence per se (g factor) but for sure it measures something, and that something is usually a good predictor of academic success. Intelligence is much more multifaced, tho.
