My admixture results in a family mistery

Hi! I'm a male from eastern southern italy, and I found something interesting in my eurogens results. My parents are both from southern italy but
from different regions, my mom's side is on the adriatic coast. Recently I had a 45.7 cM correspondence with the longest fragment being 11 cM and a distance of 4 generations with a Polish/Armenian woman.
we got in contact and tried to find out how we are related. different Eurogenes shows a not negligible amount of baltic/eastern european ancestry, like 9% depending on different tools. I do not know of relatives that are not from Italy as I come from a kinda isolated city, So we wanted to know if I carry Eastern European ancestry or albanian, even tough I do not live close to the arbereshe area

Hi,
In my opinion there is nothing unusual about your results. You score like a Southern Italian. Southern Italy is not monolithic. Some parts are more North European than the others. I personally use Dodecad K12b (updated spreadsheet) and you seem to be heavily Greek. Greeks (even those down south) are somewhat more North European than Southern Italians.

Regarding your match with a Polish-Armenian woman, there are plenty of false matches on GEDmatch, particularly those with deficient V5 type raw data.

So I did the G25 test, the general admixture on the site reported 50% greek and Bulgarian, 25 italian and 25 west asian, also did the k36 on the admixture pro tool and came out as close to central greek and bulgarian, about the same distance my maternal haplogroup is HV1b2 and paternal is R1a1a (R-M198 which is strange, because i thought my eastern european side came from my mom and not my dad, but this is a slavic haplogroup usually, am I wrong? Or scarce in Italy if compared to R1b for example. On my heritage besides connections related to my relatives in Italy I have lots and lots of matches 7-8-9 cM with bulgarian people, 2 from Turkey, yet none from Albania or Greece, even sub-zones where they are a minority, nor with arbereshe

That is a very broad and vague haplogroup. In the sense that some of its subclades are Slavic, while others are Indo-Iranian and Turkic, and even Germanic.
Also, I do not see anything unusual about your results based on K13 alone. I think you're looking into your matches a bit too much. Leto made a good point.
