Imagine, first a famine is created in many countries, and the same ones that have created it solve it later, remaining as selfless heroes and saviors. I think famine is already beginning to appear in some African countries.

What would definitely tip the balance, and accelerate everything, would be the falling of USA.

If I were Chinese and seek world hegemony, I would encourage internal tension in the USA to weaken them, and if I were able, I would try to provoke a civil war that prevents it from intervening outside its borders and weakens its strength.

Europe without the USA would break up efforts once again, and it would not take long for it to become the lapdog of the new global power. The Chinese influence would arrive softened through Russia, but it would arrive anyway.

The question now would be, is China looking for world hegemony? Looking for a shared hegemony with Russia as a first preliminary step before achieving hegemony for themselves?

Would we go to a single world government ruled from China? Or China is not interested in such a thing?
