I saw that Bulgarians have far more haplogroup E then Albanians, those this mean that the theory that Thracian were more haplo group E then Illyrians? And that Albanians are probably more from Thracian origins then Illyrians?
Both of this Bulgarian samples are my upstreams

There is still the E1b sample from Croatia though (E-L618) from some other paper. It is possible that slavic descent pushed Illyrians from the north further south and caused R1b to decrease in favour of E1b imho. Add that to: genetic drift , some bias in the sampling of the papers (not many locations sampled). Just my opinion. But surely some of it could be Thracian.

E-V13 stays pretty elusive. We do have lack of BA samples, situation is better in IA but still not that good. As of now Thraco-Dacian theory appears the most probable one.
One of reasons EV13 is so scarce could be the fact they mostly cremated or they lived in regions which are not sampled that much (like Romania).
Interesting fact is that R-Z93 was found beside E-V13 at Kapitan Andreevo site.

Well my belife at the moment is also that it is a Thraco-Dacian HG.
R-Z93 is an interesting finde, But its been found in many places around Europe and old sovjet states doe.could it have been a merchant or maby a traveler that just stayd the rest if his life around Andreevo
