BTW, average Dalmatian Croat has ZERO Italian input. I don't like this BS and exegerrating Italian influence there except in culture ofcourse. Istrian Croats are mixed with Italians, Dalmatians are not except coastal city population like Robocop.
I am 50% Dalmatian and have absolutely no Italian ancestors that I know of, and I am an islander. Slavic paternal lineages are highest in Dalmatia out od entire Croatia, not elsewhere and it makes sense since Croats settled there.

I am talking about inland Dalmatia, not the Islands. Before the Ottoman invasions Inland Dalmatia was largely Chakavian.
Post Ottoman pre 1990s you can see inland Dalmatian Croats spoke Ikvakian, which they brought from BIH in the great migrations, and Dalmatian Serbs spoke East Herzegovinian.
Where modern day Chakvakian is spoken.
Other than linguistic ties which show their origination from BIH, you can trace easily individual surnames of inlander Dalmatians and they probably come from BIH originally, which was obviously largely catholic. Yes Dalmatians and BIH Croats are literally the same people, same with Dalmatian Serbs and BIH Serbs.

^^^^yes. But from what I have seen, there is no genetic difference between southern Chakavian and Stokavian Croats. Only Kajkavians shift NW a bit (sometimes more than a bit)

Republic of Moldova, without slightest doubt. Locals are as Slavic looking as Poles...

Moldavians are not nation, they bunch of Romanians, Ukrainians, Russians, Gagauzes, Tatars... Moldavians are like Belgians or Swiss people.
Moldavia has a lot of Ukrainians and Russians which colonized Moldavia after 1810.
Slavic influence among Romanian speaking Moldavians is mostly recent, from marriages with Ukrainians and Russians in the last few decades or 100 years. So many Romanian speaking Moldavians are recent Vlacho-Slavic hybrids.
Regardless of that if Ukrainians and Russians would ne removed from Moldova, than Latin speaking Moldavians would be maybe just slightly more Slavic shifted than Romanians.
Moldavian rulers from the middle age looked ultra Vlach, same as Latin speaking Moldavians.
Bogdan Dragos - Voivode of Moldavia (ultra Vlach looks)
Bogdan I of Moldavia (ultra Vlach looks)
