Hurricanes Harvey in Houston and Delta in town of Rayne between Lafayette LA and Lake Charles, 2020 California wildfires, due to my job.
More than 30 tornadoes (EF4 strongest), because i chase them. Same with tennis ball hail.
Couple of earthquakes up to 5.7 richter scale back in Serbia.

So you are very right we have shallow earthquakes, but those near them can have very bad impact.
This 6.1 earthquake that occured in 2018 near Osaka in Japan is a good example of a relatively "weak" earthquake in terms of magnitude, like those who occured in Croatia, which can produce very strong shaking and destruction near epicentre. But because Japan have highest earthquake-building standards in the World, is hard to see some damage caused to local infrastructure.

    Spoiler!

Big fire in my area right now. 20-30 houses have burned down and fire is out of control because of strong wind.

Fire is now under control, but the damage is rather large.

One thing what I like here where I live, what we don't have wildfires, they are super rare despite very hot summers here. On the other hand droughts are very common here, and cause plenty of damage to local agriculture.

Do you have droughts in Moldova right now? Italy is hard hit now, for example.

Yes, and already caused visible damage.

Such type of cracks can be seen in some places, like it was caused by some earthquake.

Footage of 2017 Greenland tsunami, generated by a giant landslide. One of the best in my opinion due to the perspective.
