Like earthquakes, tsunamis, liquefaction, volcanoes, tornadoes, floods, hurricanes, destructive storms with big hail or wildfires for example.
I live in a relative "safe" part of the Europe, and the World in general, still my region is vulnerable to many earthquakes, since nearby is located on of the most active seismic zone in the Europe, Vrancea region in the southeastern Carpathians, which can produce big earthquakes with big magnitude of 7 and even 8 on Richter scale. Every year here happen at least one earthquake of 4.5 - 5 magnitude, with big ones of 7 and more every 30-40 years. Destructiveness of local earthquakes is what almost all of them occurs on a very big deeps, and can affect a very big area, big ones can be felt even in Moscow like the 1802 8.2 Vrance Earthquake. Big ones I never experienced, but these of 4.5 - 5 magnitude, yes, and the shaking was pretty strong.
Other types of natural disasters are super rare, which is weird considering local climate which technically is ideal in producing big destructive storms with hail and even tornadoes, still they are rare.
