Why does Scandinavia lack "swarthy types" unlike Britain?

Because they are further northernmost. Duh! Their 'swarthy' types are those with a Mongoloid/Sami components from the Arctic circle...Also the Brits have got around and explored and intermixed whereas the Scandies just remained mostly in their place!

Anyway Scandinavia in Europe means nothing in terms of culture and civilization.. Recently only the fanatics of marvel comics, with the stories/fairy tales about THOR ODINO LOKI, have exhumed the Scandinavian people remembering the Vikings (who were at the same level of culture as the black NEGRO youruba tribes of Nigeria 1000 years ago ..)

Although the British Isles belong to one of the lightest regions in Europe, they still have a decent amount of darker, sometimes even swarthy outliers where nobody would bat an eyelid.
Examples in the celeb world are Rowan Atkinson, Sean Connery, John Rhys-Davies, Catherine Zeta Jones etc.

Wrong. Danes, Norwegians, Swedish tan more than the British and Irish.
