I am guessing some african blood , that would explain his high cranial vault plus minor influence on eye área.

Just because he's Dominican doesn't mean he has African or significant enough to change his looks. I'm sure if I didn't mention he was Dominican no one would say a thing about SSA.. but hey I respect your observation.. other then that, taxonomy/ where could he pass??

I am familiarised with detecting african influence tho, maybe i would mention It, in the last Photo mainly It shines a bit.Pass really well in minas gerais , i had a similar looking colegue from there.
