The problem for blacks isn't really dark pygmentation,but that they have many ethnic traits woman dont desire upon their child, such as wide platorrhine nose and kinky hair, extremely thick lips .Here in Brazil It is like that.People say its legacy from slavery , but i dont think so, at least not enterely.

Not always. It really depends on the eye shape. Someone can have striking eyes without the blue. And some times blue is a cope as halo.

The eye shape and eye position and all of that is more important than the color of eyes.

The blue eyed people look more familiar to me, so I prefer to look at them more even if they're not attractive. It's just comforting to see them. IN general blue just looks better as a color, it's the color of the sky, the ocean, all the clearest and most beautiful things are blue. It's just such a nice color that even a conventionally ugly person with blue eyes is pleasant to see.

Maybe they painted them blue but didn't know their real color? Being President is not the litmus test for attractiveness, IMO.
