Not exactly that. You can't deny that Croatian, Albanian nazism and Bosnian extremism were revived in the 1990s. In fact, Serbs, Macedonians and partly Slovenes were the least nazi ones in ex-Yugo. This can be easily proved by the mere fact that some of Serbian celebrities, let alone lots of ordinary people, are actually Bosnians and Croats who were disappointed with their puppet governments and nazist/extremist policies inbred from abroad, just as in the 1930-1940s.
