Classify Marco Longhi, British Member of Parliament for Dudley North

Longhi grew up in Rome, the son of an Italian airline worker. I guess his mother is English as one of his grandfathers is called Wilfred Clarke. He has light blue eyes and quite a fair complexion, looking pretty white.
I wonder if many 50/50 English/Italian people could pass for English after one generation? I'm not very good at doing the classification thing but I think I can see he has some Italian heritage from his face.
