Candida and Obesity

I have Candida (an over growth of yeast in my colon). So people wouldn't believe me when I told them I'm only eating X amount of calories, I shouldn't be this heavy. Well Candida also makes it harder to get rid of fat and this is why I was having issues. I am taking 60 billion Strain Pro Biotics and i'm starting to notice a change in my metabolism where I am actually getting fitter and less fat. I really wasn't over eating! This is why I was so frustrated with it . If I had a normal gut bacteria I would have seen results earlier. So I am taking this, it is also decreasing my appetite. When you have Candida the overgrowth of yeast makes you crave carbs and other sugars . You have to starve it and replenish with healthy gut bacteria. Praise Jesus!

No shit that you have an overgrowth of yeast. What fat people don't have that? The real question is why do you have it? In other words, are you fat because of yeast overgrowth or you have yeast overgrowth because you are fat.

Do you know what is food for gut bacteria? It's fiber or in other words prebiotics. Found in vegetables and fruits. You know what among many things out there kills good bacteria in your stomach, disrupts gut flora and contributes to yeast overgrowth? Too much processed carbohydrates. You ate or still eat too much processed carbohydrates and no or very little vegetables. Don't lie you fat fuck.

3-4g? Yeah right. 2g leads to hypervitaminosis. Too much of anything leads to receptor resistance.
