There most certainly are. Firstly, even being circumcised I can get very unclean "down there". Imagine having a hood of skin over that thing. You would have to be adamant about cleaning it everyday. And as someone who was around horses , I had to clean the geldings frequently . It wasn't a pretty picture. And also, circumcision lowers the risks of penile cancer and various other infections.
