Most of the time they are locked in their rooms or at work using their smartphones/personal computer.

Old men used to work under the sun most of the time, mainly if they used to be peasants.

In most countries they do smoke less, also people are subjected less to passive smoking. In Poland it is prohibited to smoke in public zones but it has not always been the case.
