Oof. I'm the wrong guy to talk photography with, mostly just wing it with these angles, anyhow, I don't see you as a Finn, got a thicker mane. I'd think Norway or Denmark(saw a good deal of faces like yours) before Finland. Your lips look fuller because you're on the younger side. Not that uncommon, especially if the kid had braces.
