With a classic and topical format of airline tourism video, all these contents synthesize Putin thought. You know: Russia is the last bulwark in the face of the decline of the West and "we are not ashamed" of anything.

But also, a series of values. Traditional values (the family as god commands, etc.), Christian essences (Orthodox, of course) and a culture not exclusive to others (as evidenced by the fact that it is mainly soldiers from the minorities of the Russian Federation who are defending all these values in Ukraine).

I mean as a NPC that has no conflicting opinions towards the hegemony you might really believe that its any different in the west, any German member and honest British, French etc member can tell you a different story.

I also do not believe there will ever be a genuinely free mainstream press or acceptable opinion, there is a hegemony that dictates or influences a general ethos and makes people follow it, I can more likely agree with the mainstream opinion and ethos of Russia compared the clown world in the west.

So I see nothing ironic or funny in the video, only the black woman in the thumbnail.

There is censorship in any media , including in scientific journals or even on this forum. More precisely, this is called moderation. Objectivity is the sum of subjectivities.
One media should not and does not have to be objective. Real censorship is a government ban on viewpoints other than the government's one. It is, of course, cynicism - to equate social media(= just a big internet forum) moderation in democratic countries with criminal prosecutions for anti-government speech in totalitarian countries. In fact, not liberalism, but communism, fascism and religious radicalism are the most "politically correct" ideologies. Try to say "communism is shit" in the center of Pyongyang, then you will find out what real censorship and political correctness are.
