Default Classify a youth rugby team from Donegal Ireland

the first thing apparent is the lack of real blondness, none of these boys has light blonde hair, Tommy Winters has an interesting look, looks pseudo central Asian

My brother-in-law's parents come from Donegal. It is indeed pretty dark-haired and Brittonic.

What places in Ireland are the opposite of this, phenotypically? As in most Saxon/Germanic and highest light hair prevalence?

Dublin area and Belfast, basically the northwest is the darkest region for hair colour though dark eyes i believe are more common in the east.

Most seem Keltic Nordids, Atlantids, so I suppose blond wouldn't be the most common color among young adults.

All of these people likely had ancestors from regions with significant Saxon/Germanic influence.

Carleton Coon said that Dubliners were skeletally quite indistinguishable from Londoners, you can see here pretty much all would pass in the home counties around London.

You are too much into false anthropology. The thing is ALL Irish have the same ancestry which is why they cluster together. Families can have people with different colouring and remember it is just different colouring. Feature wise there is not much difference. A dark haired and brown eyed mother can have a blond haired blue eyed child. This sort of differences in colouring is in all populations and we know that in the Bronze Age they already had the majority blue eyes and the Rathlins were light brown haired. People would have been varied even in the Bronze Age.

This is Mairéad Ní Mhaonaigh who is also from Donegal.

These people are all from Donegal.

What is known about Donegal genetically is that it is the most isolated county genetically in Ireland but it does not form it's own separate cluster like Orkney which is more distinctive.

The correct term would be Goidelic.
