Most likely North Atlantid/ Hallstatt mix considering that he is English and going by the looks. Some Up remnant traits are visible as well

Anyway there is a North Atlantid-Hallstatt-North Pontid continuum (Iron Age Nordic range), more NW Europe,should pass in Sweden with blonder hair- not the most common type in the East but i think he could pass in Poland/Russian with a slightly different vibe etc.

Glad someone mentioned Eastern Europe. I thought he had a touch of the Transylvanian (not literally) in the eyes, maybe that's why he played a vampire in a movie.
