People from different races who speak the same language can still communicate. People from the same race who cannot speak the same language can't. Language - whether expressed through the act of talking, or music, literature or poetry - is more powerful than anything.

Contrary to "intersectional theorists", the way the US - and before it Britain - really dominates the world and makes its influence shown is through language, much more than "Hollywood beauty ideals" etc.

In a few years from now people wont' be speaking any language at all. They'll be communicating in tik tok videos.

Degeneracy and anti-intellectualism at its max.

People can learn another languages as it happened in the past. My genetic ancestors 2000 years ago weren't finno-ugric speakers, do I feel bad that my ancestors changed their language? I don't. Language of a population can easily be changed. Genetics cannot be.

While it is true that languages have come and gone throughout human history, the same is to an extent true of ethnicities and races as well - the Americas, Oceania and North Africa perhaps being the most blatant examples. Also, the scale at which languages are dying out in the modern era is totally unprecedented, and English is the principal culprit (though certainly not the only one, by any means). Lastly, I believe every language is beautiful and valuable in its own right, even ones as small as Icelandic and Lithuanian.

I don't know about you, but I identify with a theoretical person who is my genetic descendant, lives in year 2300 and speaks English more than with a person that lives in that same period, speaks Hungarian but have no genetic relationship to me. The first person is family to me, the second is a nobody to me.

But still, why do you want to see France cut its links from its ex-colonies in Africa?
