Default The Qin law,Confucianism, and Taoism,Why China could never be a Democracy

Upon the funding the Qin dynasty,China's first imperial dynasty,Qin shihuang Made the Law of Qin,layed foundation of Law of imperial China's political ideology,The Law of Qin was a barbaric, cruel law which is Exactly the Opposite of western Liberalism, which is human rights, democracy, etc. There was no such thing as the word"democracy" "freedom""human rights" in Chinese untill 19 century.
Confucianism has neither,Confucianism is a ideology to justifies the rules of emperor,Taoism has neither also,Taoism is a religion the justifies the Mandate of Heaven the the emperor possess.

    Qin law:Rules People
    Confucianism:Book of Men
    Taoism:Book of Heaven
    All three working well together.

The closest thing of "Human rights"in China was Song dynasty,1000years ago,But after the demise of Song,The following Yuan and Ming dynasty never mentioned them.
It seems like every time the country suffer from disaster,War,invasion,The"human rights" would disappear and back to Fundamentalism.
Therefore,China is highly unlikely to become a Democracy,Ever.

The Westerners's CCP is gonna fall, and China became democracy,And men wearing women clothes move to China and weaving rainbow flags parade, and turn the country into a Woke state,Is stupid and delusional.
The Entire country's Political idea,Religion and History is based on the Exactly the Opposite of western Liberalism.
Even at the time of Republic of China(ROC),there was no such thing as democracy,Chaing kai-shek was also a Dictator, move to Taiwan and became democracy was his Son.
Even if established such government,It would be unsustainable,Any disaster or war happens,it would be replaced by Dictator and back to Fundamentalism.

A "democracy" is no guarantee to an honest, free and prosperous society. Just look at the fall of the US under the dishonest Democrats. Also, law enforcement agencies like the CIA and more recently also the FBI are increasingly becoming corrupt. Law is loosely interpreted by biased, partisan judges to mean almost anything they want it to mean.

Any political system can become corrupt.
