Ashkenazim have a higher percentage of light hair/eyes than the Portuguese. However, once you factor in Sephardim, Mizrahim and Israeli Arabs (even leaving aside the Palestinian Territories), I think Portugal might just edge it.

Its a myth that only Askenazis carry those traits I have seen other jew tribes with blonde hair and blue eyes but they do look semitic kinda like pseudo Dinarid med.
