A comment on this somewhat odd calculator:

People that have zero actual AJ ancestry do regularly score 2-5% AJ and people that have full actual AJ ancestry do regularly score 27-35% AJ.

But scoring 2-5% AJ does not mean that you have no minor AJ ancestry, this score is just not indicative of such an ancestry. Southerners without AJ ancestry score more AJ than northerners without AJ ancestry. As for the question whether a particular AJ score is indicative for an actual AJ ancestry you have to compare for how much your compatriots without AJ ancestry score and if you are significantly above it.
