Polish constitution doesn't allow gay marriage, and you need at least 2/3 of the seats in the parliament to amend it, so I don't think it's happening any time soon. Russia might be more anti-LGBT than Poland, but in their country abortion and zoophilia are fully legal, HIV/AIDS percentage is one of the biggest in Europe and so is the frequency of heroin addicts, not even mentiong mass muslim/non-white immigration to the Russian core from both other post-Soviet states especially in Central Asia, and from muslim regions within it like Chechenya. Despite what their propagandists say, Russians are far from being a traditionalist society.

Putin actively pushes for a different direction on these Issues, could be better ofc but alot of these trends were the result from the transition of a collectivist to individualist system, plus alot of Russia is still Atheistic socialized as result of communism.
