He looks a lot like a Hakkari Assyrian especially with his hat which is typical for that region.

I was mainly talking about his wool hat which is identical to the one worn by Hakkari Assyrians.
Here are some photos that I found online.
Looks wise might not be very similar, of course Hakkari Assyrians being Middle Eastern people while Gheg Albanians are Balkan Europeans.
