Sweet, Salty or Fast?

Is your breakfast sweet, salty or or do you skip/fast?

I normally skip and just drink coffee in the morning.
But if I were to eat breakfast I prefer salty over sweet

Whole wheat bread, 2 or 3 scrambled eggs with some cheese, an apple or a banana, a cup of coffee with milk and then yerba mate all throughout the morning. Protein powder and fruit can be cool too, if one feels lazy. So, answering the poll, I mix both.

When I had to leave home early I'd just have some biscuits or a ham and cheese sandwich with a cup of coffee. The idea of eating pastries or corn flakes, even though both are popular here too, feels crazy to me lol.

Depends... some days it is salty, others it is sweet, but, most of the times, it is salty.

I prefer sweet and I aways take some coffee, aways in a Bakery.

Flat white coffee, no sugar. Done until lunch time.

Wife makes me a greek coffee every morning and from there I smash the coffee machine long blacks 1/8th teaspoon of raw sugar
