Also if the economy tanks even more from here, the dollar devalues completely, and America looses its global control. How would the central government even exist in its current form? Americans would be fighting each other not the Government

No. They would have to fight the government. Because they would want to seperate from it. And the government is not going to allow some faction of seperatists to do that. Funny enough its how americans destablize other countries. And when they have legitimate referendum and americans fail to sabatoge them they always try to deligitimize it.
