People with diabetes often have foot problems. Numbness, pain, bad circulation. If its very very bad you could have to get feet or toes amputated. My Dad got diabetes. In some regards he is cured now, due to proper low-sugar diet and exercise. However he said he felt terrible when he first got it. Very sick, dehydrated, in pain. I suggest you get diabetes check up. I do not mean this insultingly but you are a heavy guy and it tends to strike such people.

Having pain is not necessarily a sign of diabetes. Not everything is diabetes. In fact, most people have diabetes have no signs or symptoms . Usually it appears in over 60, type 2 that is. Anyway, the main symptom is constant urination brought on my constant thirst. Most people never reach the point of amputation or neuropathy. Most get pre diabetic first and are able to turn it around before then.

I had discus prolaps it was a severe case and i had it surgically removed there were no complications I feel better now no pain but the numb and deaf legs didnt went away i need still a roller to walk but it will get better the doctors said I get now therapies and have to recover thanks for asking

Probably some nerves were pinched, but as long as they're still attached they should heal, and luckily there's no pain to keep you from sleeping.
