“The patriot, like the Christian, must learn that to bear revilings and persecutions is a part of his duty; and in proportion as the trial is severe, firmness under it becomes more requisite and praiseworthy.” ~ Thomas Jefferson, 1805

Why do you need to avoid emergency room? When I had relatively strong stomach pain on the left upper side in 2015, I just called and described them the symptoms of acute pancreatitis (on purpose) and was urgently hospitalized. Emergency crew realized I'm not in some awful condition but normally took me and even gave advice not to describe diarrhea symptom not to get in infectious department I spent one week in hospital, they made me all blood tests, gastro- and colonoscopy, otherwise I'd have to investigate my condition for 2-3 months in policlinic. They diagnosed intestinal spasm, it was quite annoying but nothing serious, probably it was caused by stress. But why do you avoid and postpone medical care in your condition which seem to be quite worrysome? I wish you all the best.
