Yeah, poor Bolivia is fucked up. If you got Andes you are done, only option is to try to take advantage of tourism as much as you can but other than that... nothing else.

I think it has a nice geography: the thundering and beautiful Andes, with its very high and snowed peaks, very high plateaus with lakes like Titicaca, and then the Yungas; plus extensive tropical rain forests in the Amazonian region, full of big and mighty rivers; plus the Chaco plains in the south east. Its only problem is being landlocked with no coasts.
