Since females find 80% of men repulsive, okay looking is borderline attractive or acceptably handsome. This means you passed the test and she would consider you as a dating prospect. They reserve terms like "hot" for men that are unusually handsome and almost near perfect. Okay looking is not an insult. If the guy is truly ugly, she will say "well looks aren't everything" or something to that effect.

We are talking about females. The females who think a majority of men are creepy, icky, yucky , ugly etc. Ok looking means she is not repulsed.
