I honestly find it hard to believe some of the Balkan Slavic countries have an average IQ in the 90's. If I'd go by some of the members here I would guess it as below 80.

Do they add something to the water in Kosovo so people are so smart down there or it's just depleted uranium side effect?

Maybe I'm biased, since I come from a well-educated family, but I find some of these hard to believe...

My mother told me that in former Yugoslavia you had to do an IQ test and pass it in order to get a driver's license.

And the schools and teachers were VERY strict and stubborn. If they thought you weren't good enough in said subject they would say "you'll never be a dentist" etc.

The only thing that I've heard from people (bosniaks) is that serbs are a talented people and not lazy. But also Slovenians are appreciated.
In the town my mom is from there was a boy, I think he was 11 or 12 at that time, he was sent to Belgrade to do a test (don't remember which subject).

So, from my own knowledge I would put Slovenia, Bosnia and Serbia at the top when it comes to academic performance.
