Thinking about leaving England because it is too expensive to buy a house & raise a family, and it is demographically disadvantageous looking forward, particularly for next generation. So I'm looking at either Hungary or the Baltics.
My considerations:
(1) Average cost of living. Prepared to live on a small budget so it is something to take into account. I understand Hungary is somewhat cheaper in this regard, both for fuel and general cost of living.
(2) Owning land. Have looked into properties and should be relatively easy to buy a few acres with property for a farmstead.
(3) Average phenotypes and general friendliness of natives. I will fit in better with Baltic types becuase I am blond and it is likely my children will be also. Would I be looked at in a funny way in Hungary, targetted etc? There are German communities in the West but they remain dispersed as smaller minorities rather than clustered as larger settler communities.
Other than this I don't mind. Give me any advice for which you think is the better option. Thanks.
