I just need to lose weight

I have lost weight but not enough to be considered attractive and look my ideal. I will be healthier and happier and look better and borderline handsome. I am going to try harder. It's ok if you don't find me attractive. Not everyone will appeal to everyone. God bless !

Simply be more active and eat less or maybe eat plant based food which could help to lower your weight . I could go for a week without eating much if I really have to.
