Optional salad (traditionally - cucumbers and tomatoes with sunflower oil, sometimes with the addition of onions or paprika).

This is the base, not including semi-finished foods and food delivery.
The whole multiple course thing is an Europen habit that took me quite long to discover.
Even us in the Italian colonies have only a main dish and a dessert or digestive, but the plates are filled to the max and usually have a lot of variety. It is not strange for people to have pasta and rice in the same meal, with salad in the same plate. If we have soup, it is only soup.
Older people will drink coffee, mate, wine, cachaça or some jagermeister style bitter as a digestive, I liked sagú (tapioca pearls with wine) as dessert, with a cup of coffee.

The only russian-ish food I've eaten was when I made some beet kotleti inspired by that Life of Boris channel. I know a Russian restaurant in Buenos Aires and plan to visit someday, if for some stupid wartime reason it has not been closed or rebranded, but we in SA are not stupid to this point.

    I described the basic lunch/dinner.
Breakfast is most often sandwiches, scrambled eggs or some kind of porridge. Sometimes sausages with a side dish, but this is less common, since the side dish takes a long time to cook, you can cut a couple of sausages into scrambled eggs as well.
Dessert is usually tea or coffee with some sweets or cookies. Or fruits.
No one drinks alcohol in the morning, afternoon and on weekdays in general. Usually on weekend evenings.

For me 10/10 because she is the only person who knows exactly what I like to eat and she knows exactly how to make it.

For other people could be 4/10 or something.

    I described only lunch.
Breakfast ranges from a plain cup of coffee, to a simple ham-cheese sandwich, a piece of fruit and coffee. In the colonies you may see some "bolachas", pretty much dense sweet cookies, some jam, salami, mate and coffee.
Dinner is usually a sandwich or repeated lunch.

But we have 4 meals a day, the other one we call "lanche" similar to what hispanic culture calls "merienda" where pastries and fried meat cakes are common, usually with some soda at any time of the day. Obviously it has been changing as people are more health conscious but soda was drank to the point of an entire bottle a day in some poorer places.
