Default Why did Roman Empire speak Indo-European,despite They are haplogroup J,G,E?

The majority of ancient Roman Empire was composed by Y haplogroup J,G,E,But In-European language is haplogroup R‘s language.
    There were two possibilities
1:The story of Europa the Phoenician princess,She was raped by Zeus etc,If that's true, there are great chance of original Greek/Romans are haplogroup J.
2:Haplogroup R invaded northern Italy and established a regime and bring Indo-European language that is slowly,in time replaced all Semitic languages in Greek/Roman area.

3:There are great possibilitie that the two terms comes as one,That R invaded and established a regime,That Europa the Phoenician princess in the mythology,is remnant of the old,Zeus(haplogroup R) robbed Haplogroup J's daughter princess Europa,And then Indo-european language slowly replaced the original Semitic languages.

Indo-European haplogroups are the majority but if the rest are so numerous it's because the migration of peoples who brought typically West Asian haplogroups came later than Indo-Europeans and were largely male mediated, so the language remained but the YDNA changed.

I haven't studied this topic enough to know but there were pre-Indo European people in the area obviously who were absorbed by Indo Europeans and there were non-Indo European languages there very late such as Etruscan. During Roman Empire Latin became the dominant language for the entire country after the Romans conquered the country.

There were Greek colonies in the South and Illyrian or some kind of Pre-Illyrian also such as Messapic.
