Wider, bigger, more CM faces in Scotland - more Brunns
Longer, more gracile faces in Eastern England - more Keltics
Eastern England has a more continental look while Scots are very characteristically British Islanders
About pigmentation both are very similar, with more rosy complexions in Scotland and ultra-pale individuals.

Among the English only two Germanic looking individuals, the rest just look plainly British..

I think Scots look a bit more Germanic than the English, the Muslims see themselves as "British" so i would include them as opposed to a bunch of Celtic fans.

Germanic is just a language family. You meant nordic, and it is a fact that genetically scots are the most nordic in Britain.

Anyway the Scots seem to have squarer faces, less fine featured than the English
