I think I am getting haunted by ghost

I know this is weird but when I was younger I used to hear a woman voice saying my name I used to feel hands around my neck .I thought that I was imagining back than. But today I don't know I got a small cut it was weird. and a old lady from whom I used to buy milk or grocery said that I had talked to her but I didn't I had gone to visit a doctor.
I am not sure what is happening or if I am gonna survive today
I don't know what I should do should i stay at home or go somewhere else maybe she won't kill me in public. If I didn't say anything in a week than think that I am dead. I am only making this post because maybe she won't kill me because all of it would be public.

This sounds a bit like an onset of psychosis.

Not saying something out-of-the-ordinary couldn’t be happening, but how the mind interprets it – is most often the problem.
A fearful mind will subconsciously attract fearful situations/experiences to witness - in order to validate itself, yet it feels as if it is all happening from outside the mind.
