The Christian religion - alongside Ancient Greek philosophy, which people use to validate Christianity - is what made Europe what it is.

What intellectual value do Roman, Ancient Greek, or Nordic religions have? Not much. Even European literature is heavily influenced by the Bible.

As for what people will worship, that's up to the individual. I'm agnostic. I just get annoyed when people bring up geography. Why are there Japanese Buddhists or Korean Christians? Because these religions are meaningful to them. That it didn't come from their region of the world is irrelevant. It doesn't take away their value.

I answer with the Prophecy in the Old Testament, Isaiha 9:6 then I quote the New Testament John chapter 1, 1:1 and 1:16 "No one knows God except ..."

Islam is not big on abstraction. They're very practical-minded (hence all these rules that have nothing to do with God and in this sense they're very similar to Jews). They say God is omnipotent but then give him limitations. For them, the Holy Trinity is bizarre because they give God limitations.

How do you explain the backwardness if medieval Christian Europe and the success of secular Europe during and after the enlightenment?

I am only ethnically Muslim (Bosniak) but I would say that the world needs more people who are empathic and caring.
Sadly, those people burnout quite early, so they lose hope in what they should do.

I'm a bit critical to the way Christianity worships Jesus. Sure, if he was a good person then there is a point in it, but wouldn't Jesus himself tell his fellow human to try and do what he himself did, instead of putting too much energy into the past?

One could say that I believe in the ideals that Jesus stood for. And I have relatives who were very kind and caring for their own, and other people's children.

What if Jesus was actually here to talk to us? What would he say?

So youre glad that middle eastern christianity destroyed and replaced Roman, Ancient Greek, or Nordic religions and prevented the development of a European culture based on them?

Well, Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God because the Bible says so. But Muslims will just say that the Bible is corrupted anyway.
