Taiwan really did have Negritos.

There are 16 recognized Austronesian ethnicities in Taiwan and all have similar legends about Negrito ancestors. So you could say Taiwan still has communities of their descendants. But in a phenotypical sense they seem quite diluted by now, the Sinid influence from Mainland China has been massive throughout history, and it shows.

Once upon a time, they probably used to be similar to Negritos of the Philippines, where to this day some appear very Negrito:
