One thing that has recently been "grinding my gears" is when white military people who are stationed in Hawaii adopt Hawaiian speech patterns. Every once in a while I'll bump into someone I knew in basic training or AIT (someone who I know is not from Hawaii) who will greet me by saying "How's it, brah," (trans. how are you today). They'll toss in words like aloha (hello), mahalo (thank you), keiki (child-ren), and ohana (family). I just want to grab them by the shoulders, shake them and yell "YOU'RE NOT HAWAIIAN, YOU RETARD! STOP SPEAKING PIDGIN!"

I could contribute quite a bit to this thread. I'll just stick to some recent ones...

1) I'm in the process of customizing a 1980 Ford Bronco. It's just old enough that some parts are no longer available from parts stores. And, of course, these are all the parts that I happen to need.

2) I watched the History Channel this morning and I again saw the episode portraying Hannibal's father as a black man. I'm not arguing that Hannibal and his family were white, but there is no indication that he was African black.

3) I'm still pissed off about the crappy ending to Battlestar Galactica. "God did it!" is NOT an acceptable way to resolve holes in the plot.

4) My wife and I went to a huge rodeo on Saturday, but it was so crowded that we had a hard time finding a place to sit. And the lines for the food were so long that we left to eat at a restaurant.

Heh,heh..I would absolutely love to see that! I get the same urge when I hear wiggers do the hip hop slang thing(and they're being perfectly serious) and they're actually paler than I am!

1) The kids today who have to speak with the word "like" every second time in a sentence. It just sounds so stupid and unintelligent!

2) Muslims - they're a plague, that simple!

3) People who are apathetic to their ethnicity, culture and ancestry. I'm a romantic fool in their eyes who lives in the past, just because I'm passionate about where I come from!

4) Non-Pagans who stereotype us as devil worshippers. Well, hello, you can only believe in the devil if you believe in god. I'm a polytheist!

5) Miscegenation - it seems more common for a white man to pick an Asian (at least here in Aus), and I believe it's because such men are really bullies who don't know how to handle real women so they go for the ones who have learned to be submissive!

6) People who open their mouths without giving any real thought to what they're saying.

7) Looters who go in for the kill like vultures, usually after a natural disaster when people have either died or had to flee!

I'm sure there's more, but that's what I can think of for the time being.

I could be here for a while!

My brother in law. He's a depressed person who hates himself. He has, for his whole life, projected his own insecure feelings onto other people. He makes other people feel insecure, and inferior, to bolster his own ego. He then wonders why it is that hardly anyone likes him, and most people actively hate him. And, he bases his self worth on what others think of him. Like the fact that I hate him really upsets him!

He's a talented person, but his work is so damn depressing, and he wonders why no one wants to publish his work. He needs the opinions of others to form his own opinions, even if he should break up with a girlfriend or not. He's a narcissistic, depressed, anti-Semite who dates Jewish women, and he needs therapy. And yet he insists that the rest of the world needs to accept him for who he is.

And that's just one person, and his major foibles. I think that I'll just leave it at that for the time being.
