I simply very much disagree with a "med" assessment. Imo he looks typical for Lithuania and Russia/Ukranine proper.

This is a classification forum not geography class . And classifcation is overrated when it comes to where somebody passes, but Nordic-Med mixes (North Atlantid/ north Pontid) are found even in Finland, but much more in Lithuania, and Russia. So this argument does not count.

No, I saw it with my own eyes. He had like dark hair and green eyes with light skin. He didn't look like a Swede but you wouldn't think he was ME.

Must've been someone with heavy IE/Indo-Aryan or ANE influence. Not typical for ME except in pockets.

He looks Nordo-med with something about the eyes looks slavic or something exotic-eastern to me. I'd assume he's of Eastern European + Turkic descent with some nordic thrown in on first glance without knowing any background information.
