Yes, in that picture he is, but wasn't in the other pictures.
In that picture he looks more Indian pigment

Green eyes are super rare in Nordic countries- while light eyes are only his "uniquly" northern trait. Where does he get that, what you think

Sure, some of his other features, like skin color, can still be a result of sun exposure. Some of his traits could still pass in Europe.

His face is slim but still robust. So is his stature. Meanwhile, Gracile Indid is… well, gracile. I suppose Nord Indid is the more obvious Indid element in him.
