An Algerian woman, Dahbia B., who was illegally in France - she had entered France legally in 2016 with a student residence permit, but was now subject to an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF ), savagely raped, tortured, killed, almost beheaded Lola, a lovely twelve-year-old French girl. The French government has a huge responsibility in this crime, because Dahbia B. was not supposed to be in France (she had already assaulted medics, btw) and almost none of the tens of thousands of obligations to leave the French territory are executed, while an extremely big proportion of the crimes are perpetrated by illegal immigrants, legal immigrants from Africa, Muslims countries and people from the second/third generations of immigrants from these countries.

Whataboutism or whataboutery (as in "what about…?") denotes — in a pejorative sense — a procedure in which a critical question or argument is not answered or discussed, but retorted with a critical counter-question which expresses a counter-accusation.
